When you submit a request, your wallet is debited and the request is queued for our admin team, who process it manually and update the status to Completed, Processing, Failed, or Cancelled.
If a request is marked Failed, the amount charged is automatically refunded to your wallet — no manual dispute needed.
Yes. On the BVN Modification form you can select any combination of Name, Phone Number, Address, and Date of Birth corrections — the total price calculates automatically based on what you select.
GDS uses KatPay to generate a dedicated virtual account for your profile. Transfer to that account and your wallet is credited automatically.
Register a free account, then apply for API access from your dashboard. Once our admin team approves your application, you'll receive an API key and secret.
Yes. GDS uses encrypted password storage, CSRF protection, activity logging, and session security best practices across the platform.
